We all start from common ground, stresses Joel Theisen, AgeWell founder and CEO. We all want the same things for our clients. We went into our roles, many of us in health care and service careers, for a reason – to make a difference. We had purpose. We had passion. And then life intervened. In our day-to-day efforts, we can lose sight of that passion and be frustrated with purpose. Perhaps we are so overwhelmed by change, or the seeming lack of effective change, and caught in a system of good intent with often frustrating outcomes.
